騰訊公司的總裁馬化騰在騰訊2018年度員工大會上和張小龍等一眾高管跳了一段非常魔性的舞蹈，里面馬化?????????騰經常比一個“八”字和招呼“來”的手勢，騰訊玩家結合騰訊的心悅會員3級（成為心悅會員3就可以在游戲里為所欲為）需要累充8萬，解讀這段舞蹈為馬總喊你“來，充八萬”。因此就有了“充八萬”的爆笑梗，不過這個只是網友們的搞笑理解而已啦。
本來bgm是《創造101》，被抖音網友換成了《beutiful Smile》，節奏更強，并且歌詞聽起來還挺像中文的“充八萬”，因此馬總的視頻和《beautiful smile》都火了。
